Pestana Vila Sol has 140 rooms available in both the main hotel as well as around the resort and is fitted to the highest standard to provide a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. There are 45 Garden Suites, 3 Vila Sol Suites, and 1 Presidential Suite for the ultimate indulgence of luxury. Each room comes with its own private balcony, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

Restaurant & Bars

The hotel boasts the Green Pines Restaurant offering a wide choice of international cuisine from breakfast through to dinner. Bar Prime, the main bar offers a relaxed feel with an esplanade by the lake, making it the ideal spot to enjoy a drink at dusk whilst enjoying the views. Vilamoura is a lively area and full things to do, making for an action-packed golf holiday. There are plenty of great beaches close by making water sports a popular activity, from jet skiing to parasailing. There is a plethora of bars and clubs, from quiet jazz bars to the biggest club in the Algarve that can hold 7,000 people. There are also lots of casinos if clubbing isn't your thing, with plenty of cabaret-style shows for you to relax and enjoy. The food here is excellent, and caters for many types of cuisine; from the traditional dishes of the region to pizzas and pasta dishes.

The Vila Sol golf course was designed by the famous architect Donald Steel and has twice played host to the Portuguese Open. The 27-holes stretch along a wide valley and are naturally sculptured by Mother Nature. The different levels of difficulty have been divided into three loops: Prime, Challenge and Prestige. Along with the golf course, Vila Sol Golf features an excellent Academy which is totally grassed and located just 300m from the Clubhouse.
