Can I book only golf course with you?
Yes, we can supply quotes for golf courses in Turkey and rest of world If you would like to make a tee time booking you can do so via our enquiry form.
Are buggies included in the package price?
If your quote includes buggies we would mention it.On website Buggies, are not generally included in the price but can be requested during your booking
What happens if there is bad weather and I can't play my golf rounds?
Each golf course has its own weather policy. All decisions regarding partial refunds or green fee vouchers are solely at the discretion of the partner golf course.
Do I need voucher for my golf holidays?
All the details you need for your holiday will be attached to your e-mail confirmation including vouchers. Please print your confirmation and take it with you.
How early should I arrive before my tee time?
We recommend being ready to tee off 20 minutes before to your confirmed tee time.
What is the dress code for golf courses?
Dress code is standard golf attire, all clubs will require golf shoes (most specify soft spikes) and collared shirts. We will advise you on specific course requirements at the time of booking.
Can I include non-golfers in my group?
When you have non-golfers traveling with you we are happy to quote for accommodation only
How can I check the facilities that my hotel offers?
Each venue specific page on the website contains a list of facilities available to you on your golf trip.
What time can I check-in to the hotel?
Check-in time might chnage for for each hotel. But standard check-in time is from 14:00 and check out 12:00.Early check-in and late check-out may be available but this can be subject to a charge.
Are your advertised prices based on two people sharing?
All prices advertised on the website are based on two people sharing a standard double or a standard twin room unless otherwise stated. For bigger groups better prices we would be happy to quote you.

Yes we can organize flights upon your request
Are transfers included in my package?
For Turkey deals we provide complimentary vip airport transfers.For rest of destinations please check the important notes on your booking to ensure the transfers you require have been added.
Can you organise car hire?
Car hire can be arranged for your trip. If you would like us to arrange car hire for you, please ask your Sales Consultant prior to booking. Should you wish to add it on at a later date please contact the customer service by submitting your request via our ask a question form. In order to organise your car hire, we will require your flight details to ensure we provide you with an accurate quote
Do I need a Visa?
Visa requirements are dependent on your destination and country. Please ask our sales teams about this to make sure. For travelling to Turkey you can get your online visa from https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/
Can I make changes after I have booked?
It is possible to amend numbers or even cancel your booking. However you may be liable for cancellation fees in certain situations, please refer to our 'Terms and Conditions' in the footer of the website.
What happens if someone drops out?
Non-refundable deposits will be held and supplier cancellation fees may apply. For full details please contact us via our ask a question form
When can I make changes to my booking?
Any amendments can be made up to the travel date. All amendments are subject to availability and supplier cancellation policies. Our advice would be to make any amendments before your final balance due date to avoid disappointment and or cancellation charges.
What are your cancellation terms?
If you wish to cancel your booking you will need to notify the customer service department immediately. Refunds will be subject to venue cancellation policies, please note deposits are non-refundable. For full details please contact us via our ask a question form.

How can I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer or credit card.
When do I need to pay my final balance?
Your final balance for your break is required 4 weeks prior to your departure date for Turkey bookings and 8 weeks’ prior for all other destinations. Please check your confirmation for your balance deadlines.
Can a member of the group pay separately?

Can I get my deposit back?
All deposits are non-refundable.
Is travel insurance included in my golf holiday?
Travel insurance is not included with your booking. We do advise that you purchase travel insurance for your golf holiday.
