Location

San Pedro de Alcantara (10kms from Puerto Banus and Marbella).

The brilliant South Course plays 6683 yards and is the second oldest course on the coast and is a real test of accuracy. Many of the tees require precise placement on the fairway due to the private gardens surrounding the course. The 14th can challenge even the lowest handicappers as tall pines line the hole, with a strategically placed bunker in front of the green, waiting to swallow up anything short.

The North Course, built-in 1973 by Folco Nardi is shorter at 6303 yards, but with more water features and hillier terrain than its brother, The South. The fairways on the North Course at Gudalmina are wide and undulating so you can go with a driver off the tee. However, watch out for the Guadalmina River, as it meanders through the course collecting any stray balls that cross its path.
