I was upgraded to a Sea View Suite on a golfing holiday with Kingsman Golf Travel to visit the Turkish Open Golf Tournament. The suite included a lounge area and large main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower area. There was also a separate smaller shower room. The bedroom is also very large with a super kingsize bed. The hotel has a large buffet restaurant providing a wide selection of International and Local dishes and 5 a la carte restaurants [ 2 of which are free] and the others attract a small surcharge. Most of the clientele are from Northern Europe during the spring and autumn seasons [prime time for golfers]. One small point was that no pork dishes were available such as ham and bacon - I understand that Muslim folk don't eat pork, however, Turkey has a multicultural society and pork does form a significant part of the diet for Scandinavian, Dutch, German and English people. Apart from this small point, the Palazzo is an excellent hotel and one of the best in the area with a very good all inclusive drinks package with premium spirits such as Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky, Absolut Vodka and a variety of Gins and Brandies on offer. I would highly recommend it.

Great Hotel. Good choice and thank to Kingsman to introduce us to Kaya Palazzo. We we had a great suite with an fantastic view over the see. Kaya Palazzo offers very good outdoor facilities, a heated pool for winter days and a very relaxing and welcoming lobby and bar area for pre and post dinner entertainment and socializing. The food was good but we were not in favor of the very large dining hall. The theme restaurants have a more relaxed and private atmosphere.

Family Holiday to Kaya was outstanding, rooms amazing! Stayed in Sea room suit, loads of space lovely bathrooms (would like more English channels- but not there for this but would be handy for kids later on at night) only thing was the room was a warm at night and we had to sleep with the doors open(coming from Scotland it was warm) We stayed off season so not all facilities were open however that didn't take anything away from our trip. Staff at the hotel were outstanding, always attentive to our needs even with the kids demands.

The Hotel was above my expectation, I thought the Sea view suites we stayed in were excellent, the quality of food and drink was also excellent. Every member of staff were pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us welcome.

From the greeting at the hotel door our group felt welcomed even the duty manager greeted us. Drink on arrival ,swift checking in. Staff very friendly. Food amazing. Italian restaurant and Asian restaurant exceptional. Top branded drinks. Rooms out of this world. Cleaning of the rooms to high standards. The group loved the hotel.

Hotel it self looks very luxurious and new. Hotel staff was not always very friendly. In restaurant we had to wait to get water sometimes 20 minutes or you have to go and take it yourself ... but once they see you take water or juice yourself they don' t like this and start talking not very nicely with you and some times they do faces also.... Hotel staff don't speak very good English nor they understood it... some cases it took quite long time to explain very simple things in restaurant like " I want 2 glasses of water please" waitress ended up bringing us some random bottle of juice and strange bottle which we did not understood what it was. After this some senior waitress came and asked once again what did we order or wanted. In our two weeks trip we stayed in Cornelia first and then went to Kaya and the difference of service quality was big. Kaya was like 2 star service compared with Cornelias 5 star service. Hotel staff seems to start every conversion in Russian language which at the end was really pissing us off... it should be International 5 star Hotel but it seems hotel stuff is focused only for Russian visitors as they spoke better Russian than English in some cases. One occasion there were big party at the hotel area where girls were dancing on pole with half naked during the day time. I am not sure this is suitable for hotel hosting families with small child's. The picture was quite disturbing to be honest...but it might be fine for some people. In general this hotel was our worse experience in Turkey over two years of travels there and seems they mainly are focused on Russians and visitors who like to party hard.... most definitely not very friendly and very unorganized hotel staff. Service quality was not near 5 star hotel nor the food quality. Most food was very oily and sluggish and tasteless compared with Cornelia or Voyage Belek. We will not go back to this hotel nor i recommend it but this was our experience and not be the case for your visit maybe. But it takes only one time to screw things up so there is only once chance.

Absolutely fantastic resort and the service and ammenities were out of this world and i will definetely be back with my family in the near future. the attitude of the staff in the main restaurant for breakfast ,lunch,and dinner was outstanding and very courteous and friendly and very willing to assist at all times. if i had to make one observation that was lacking it would have to be that you need to have a Indian chef to prepare vegetarian curries with spices to cater for people like us . thank you kindly.

All was over expectations: i want first to review the extremly good organization during covid time. They make controls several times a day but they do in a way they are not making feel your stay difficult. Talking about the facilities: the room is large, comfortable and clean; the reatauranta offer an over the top all inclusive with all what you can desire; assistants are peofessionals ans always smilig; the whole area is big, beautiful and well kept; talking about the golf course is the one i put on my top of the list being extremly well kept; in few words this is the placw to be!
