Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort

Mauritius, Island

This 5* hotel is part of two hotels located on the resort. It is inspired by Mauritian colonial architecture and is set amongst tropical gardens and a magnificent lagoon. Combined with a top-class golf course, a 19th-century chateau, and a fantastic beach club, this place has it all for an ideal golf holiday.

Golf Courses

Heritage Golf Club is a Peter Matkovich designed, par 72 championship course. It is set right in the heart of the resort, with amazing views of the nearby coastline and lagoon. The golf course itself is of outstanding quality, always in pristine condition, and enjoyable for all levels of golfers.

Accommodation

The hotel is in a setting inspired by the Mauritian colonial architecture and style of the time. The sublime 5-star establishment, infused with the charm and style of the colonial sugar plantation past, opens out onto a magnificent tropical garden through which the Citronniers River flows. Escaping back through time, Heritage Le Telfair immerses its guests in a very special atmosphere, embodying the charm and romanticism of yesteryear.

The hotel, a member of the “Small Luxury Hotels of the World”, is exceptional in many ways: its butler service in suites is one indication of their conviction that top quality is synonymous with personalized service. Furthermore, the luxurious and spacious rooms decorated with fine white woodwork, all refer to the décor and interiors of Mauritius in the 19th century.

Restaurant & Bars

Dining at Le Telfair is a pleasure and there are three restaurants and a lounge onsite. The main restaurant, Annabella’s, features a buffet breakfast and themed a la carte dinner menus as well as providing a variety of healthy dishes which reflect the focus on wellbeing. The al fresco Le Palmier pool and beach restaurant has always been a popular location for lunch and it’s now open for dinner making it the perfect spot to dine under the stars. Gin’ja is the top table at Le Telfair and it specialises in flavorsome Asian cuisine. Guests can also dine at Le Château de Bel Ombre, the Golf Club Restaurant and Bar, C Beach Club and the restaurants at Heritage Awali. And if you opt for the Gourmet Bliss all-inclusive upgrade, which we highly recommend, your meals will be included at these restaurants (depending on restaurant opening times).

Spa & Leisure

Well-being is taken care of by the Seven Colours Spa ‘MiIllesime Collection’ a unique deluxe spa with 2000 square meters of lush tropical gardens. It has 9 treatment rooms, a vitality pool with hydro massage jets and a peacuf relaxation area.

Sport fans have access to a fully equipped fitness center, an ATP tennis school, and a spectacular 18-hole Championship golf course overlooking the sea, as well as the many swimming pools on site.
